Kristi Lockyer has been an educator in Niagara for over 25 years. She is currently a science and physics teacher at Governor Simcoe Secondary School where she also runs a social justice club for students looking to make a difference in the world. Kristi also spent several years working at a local NGO in Ndola, Zambia where she was able to help train teachers, educate students and run sports programs for local youth. She is passionate about working with kids and loves to see them grow and thrive through the four years of high school.
Kristi holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Education from Brock University. In her spare time she loves to run and travel the world and has proudly been on all seven continents!
