Jackie Winger has had the pleasure of being a partner of Westview Centre 4 Women for approximately 5 years. A Community Health Broker with Niagara Region Public Health, she works together with many vulnerable residents in the Niagara Region to try and remove barriers to health care (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual). Jackie is an Advisor with the Board, and therefore is a non-voting member.
